As I stepped out of my car, I stared at the entire expanse of the W – Hotel Doha and said to myself,” The venue was chosen just perfectly for the concept that Sheikha Hub was promoting!” Upon entering, the lobby serves as an indication of what is yet to come at this urban resort; it’s a sparkling grand entrance, visually enticing and just as oddly charismatic as the rest of the city.
For those who haven’t been to the W – Doha, here’s a sneak peak.
The showcased dresses were really stunning. Saraya Zahret’s collection made me fall head over heels in love – each dress better than the next.
The decor, the arrangement, the colors – everything was just perfect.
The Malaysian designer lineup were my favorites from the event – Saraya Zahret , Najjah Boutique. The dresses were modest, the colors different and they were real real head-turners. Other big names from the event included the ever – luxurious Debaj Collections, Fufistylist’s trendy designs, and monumental pieces from Dar Naseem Alandalos and Joli Designs
The most satisfying feeling I took back from the event was seeing how each of the designer who showcased the collections tried to embody within their collection the latest trends, and complete modesty in a harmonious manner.
Time-keeping is a point that always seems to go amiss in Doha events and hopefully it gets better next time.
Over all the show was really nice – lovely setting, exquisite designs, beautiful people and most importantly, an unforgettable memory.
