Brunch Around the World

Food festival was quite a cultural culinary journey, wasn't it? But, now that it's over and weekend is here, and just in case you are wondering where to have a good brunch this Friday? Worry not! I come to you with good news - brunch around the world is just a small drive away from you. Before I even tell you anything, I will tell you this. No More Afternoon Tea I Guess | Sarab Lounge, St. Regis Doha

The Afternoon Tea saga on my blog continues. If you haven't been keeping track, here's the previous experience I had of an afternoon tea. This time it was at St. Regis's Sarab Lounge, and yes as much as the title is misleading, the experience is a must-have.The afternoon tea at the St. Regis Doha is an experience like none other in Doha. As soon as we were seated,we were greeted, and handed over the menu. As we went over the menu an overly delicious welcome drink was placed before us.The

Eating At Outback Steakhouse Is So Famous, But Why?

Last week I received an invitation in my mail which said it was an exclusive-invite only event happening at The Outback Steakhouse on Sunday at 1:00 pm. So, on Sunday I made it to Lagoona Mall which is were the Outback Steakhouse is in Doha, a little before one. We arrived at the restaurant, and it looked to empty for an event. That is when I realized there was no event happening in there. I was invited to review the restaurant. The restaurant is quite so spacious, ambience is great, and they

Afternoon Tea at the Lobby Lounge | Intercontinental Doha The City

I had this post prepared, and kept myself from publishing it. Barely ten days into my experience, and it was Ramadan. So, obviously then wasn't a good time for an Afternoon Tea review. Now, that Ramadan is over, it's about time this came online. The Afternoon Tea at Lobby Lounge has been most affordable from all of my experiences so far, and yet gives a top notch experience from the moment you step in till you leave the lounge. From the moment I went in till I left the service was on

Iftar at Intercontintenal Doha The City 2016

My first of only two tent visits that I decided to go for this Ramadan was Al Jawhara. What did it feel like when I entered? It exuded Arabian hospitality and timeless elegance. I loved how the tent was like walking through a beautifully set oasis somewhere in the middle of a desert. It was a beautifully well thought out tent in terms of the ambience, and decor. The buffet setup had a feeling of walking through an Arabian souq ( Traditional Arabic market place)The seating arrangement

I had the chance to review the Iftar at Emirgan Sutis - the Al Hilal branch which is priced at 99 QAR per head, and is quite a sumptuous offering for a set menu.Let me just bring to your attention that the purpose of Ramadan is not to over eat. So, even if you were going for a set menu - Eat only what you can, and

Lord of the Wings | Restaurant Review

Recently, I was asked by a friend, why my blog posts aren't that long? Well, truth of the matter is I wish I had more time to share my experiences with y'all but, so many things happen everyday. It's just not easy to pen down my experiences. On Saturday, I went to try out the newly opened Lord of the Wings at The Pearl. The place was kind of empty when I went, but with time I saw that it got really busy for a new place which is I think a good sign.Lord of the Wings has their signature dishes
